What are students’ studying techniques?

How often do you study? I study often mainly since my sleep is important. What are some of your studying techniques? I frequently do five minute study sessions. However, it doesn't work for everyone, but for me it just clicks. Which class do you study for the most? I mostly study for physics since it's more difficult?
