The Soul Train Awards is an annual event that takes place in the United States that recognizes hard working artists. It has been in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New Orleans. There are nominees for Album of the Year, Best Collaboration, Best Dance Performance, Best Inspirational Song, and much more.

I think Beyonce will win several awards! Her single 7/11, which was released in 2014, has been successful. Not only was the song successful, but the entire album was, too. The Weeknd also has a good chance of winning a few awards. His singles Can’t Feel My Face, The Hills, and Earned It are played everywhere.

The Soul Train Awards has previously had fun performances. There have been surprise performances from new, upcoming artists such as Justine Skye and Mack Wilds. It’s fun to watch see the audience’s reaction when the surprise guests appeared from the stage. There have also been tears of joy in the crowd!

I’m extremely excited to see what will happen this year. Will Beyonce bring Blue Ivy on stage? Will The Weeknd perform with the Weekday? We’ll find out, Sunday, November 29th on BET. Tune in!
