RAMS 24, BEARS 10
Rams beat down the Chicago Bears in a competition where the defense was key.
Biggest Shock: Buffalo Bills. The Bills are aiming for the Super Bowl this year. A new offensive scheme has the young quarterback, Josh Allen, thriving and making a case for MVP. The team’s defense shows that it can work outside of star defender Tre’davious White and the offense seems rejuvenated. The Bills seek to capture 1st place in their division and end the New England Patriots’ rule over the AFC East.
Biggest Disappointment: San Francisco 49ers. The former Super Bowl team is having what many call the “Super Bowl Slump”. San Francisco was littered with injuries, head to toe, and it certainly has affected their play. Their quarterback situation is shaky: Jimmy Garoppolo is a streaky passer, hardly showing consistency in his games, and although their defensive backs are doing their part, it isn’t enough to carry the team, who now sits at last place in the NFC West.
NFL WEEK 4-6 OFFENSIVE MVP: Patrick Mahomes – 801 yards, 6 passing touchdowns
NFL WEEK 4-6 DEFENSIVE MVP: Aaron Donald – 4.5 sacks, 8 tackles
