The new season of American Horror Story seems more gruesome and interesting than the others. Lady Gaga makes her acting debut in the TV show as the owner of Hotel Cortez. Her physical and personal traits make her intimidating and help her perfect the role. Her character’s name is The Countess.

The storyline revolves around The Hotel Cortez. According to the show, this hotel has a mysterious past that involved deaths and disappearances of many people. Those who check in, never come out. The owner of this hotel was a man named James March, played by actor Evan Peters. March was said to be a very strange man. He built the Hotel Cortez to have secret passageways and shoots where people’s corpses could be thrown. It was the perfect place to get away with murder. This new season should definitely bring more to the table, considering the new actors involved.

Lady Gaga playing the role of The Countess really sets a new standard for creepy. By creepy I mean Lady Gaga has a role that should definitely show her dominant characteristics. The Countess has total control over everything that occurs in the Hotel Cortez. As the season begins, The Countess gets herself into relationships with men and women who she thinks are useful to her. After they become useless , or her “lovers” no longer interest her, she dumps them. This new season should give the fans more reasons to be excited. I know that I’m already very interested to see how this whole season plays out.
