One of the most popular music award shows in the world is quickly approaching a TV screen near you!

The American Music Awards is a national TV program that has been making an annual appearance since 1973. Throughout its 43 years on the air, the award show’s hosts have included TV personalities and celebrities such as Smokey Robinson, Pitbull, and Jimmy Kimmel. This year’s host is none other than actress, singer, and American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez.
