The Most ‘Turnt Up’ Songs of 2015

There have been songs that made us want to dance, cry, fall in love, or even sing along! These songs are from new artists and artists that have already been in the industry. They have been there for people during their worst and best times. Also, songs are meant to be there to remind people about a certain event in their life.

Throughout the year, we’ve been too busy trying to hit the quan and being watched whip and nae nae. The song “Hit the Quan” has been successful throughout the year of 2015. There are videos that people have posted of their grandparents, parents, children, and friends dancing to both songs!

Let’s not forget the song that had everyone wanting to “be in the kitchen cooking pies” with their baby! The song Trap Queen has received over 100 million viewers on YouTube. The song was also the take off in Fetty Wap’s career, landing him several gigs at major events such as The BET Awards. Trap Queen was not the only song that made Fetty Wap successful there’s also My Way (which Drake made a remix to and people never listened to the original ever again).

Do you know what would mean one thing? If you knew how that “hotline bling”! That wasn’t meant for you to laugh, but we cannot forget about Aubrey Drake Graham. The video of the song Hotline Bling has over 100 million viewers, and many fans of Drake have made videos by putting other music but kept his dance moves. They’ve kept people laughing and sharing the videos worldwide making them viral. There’s also his featured part on Mr. Trap Queen’s song My Way. Drake has got that affect on people’s music, once he adds his part, it’s a wrap!

Let’s not forget the song that has been making people start feeling themselves. Feeling Myself by Nicki Minaj featuring Beyonce has gotten millions of viewers on YouTube, whether it was the video or song lyric. The two artists made sure the fans waited so long to watch the official video. For Halloween, many ladies had costumes as Beyonce and Nicki in their video.

“Hello… it’s me. I was wondering..” why Adele waited so long to release this song? Hello was released a month ago (in November) and now has over 500 million viewers on YouTube. Yes, you read correctly. As a matter of fact, the entire album 25 is currently number one. It’s played everywhere including stores. We congratulate and welcome Adele back on her extravagant return!

This year has had great songs that’ve reminded us of a certain moment in our lives, made us dance, and sing along. I’m looking forward to 2016 and the music that will be released!
