The episode really had me laughing in some scenes. The beginning shows Liz Taylor welcoming numerous people at a hotel, then we see a nice happy old couple go into the hotel. Liz walks them to their room and from what we are told, the couple is celebrating their anniversary. The old married couple are then sitting on the bed, and both pull out little guns to each others head. The old lady has cancer and the husband would rather die with her now, than having to witness his wife die in a hospital. Once they shoot each other, Liz Taylor walks in and takes a seat. She explains to Iris why she thinks the fact the old couple killed each other out of love was beautiful. Liz then breaks into tears for a bit; she tries to act like not having Tristan in her life doesn’t affect her. After shedding a couple of tears, she gets up and grabs the one of the guns that the old coupe used. Iris stops her from shooting because if she dies at the hotel, she is trapped there forever. Liz puts the gun down and listens to what Iris has to say. Iris too wants to kill herself, but now she has someone to do that with. Before Liz kills herself she wants to reconnect with her old son. Before she was a girl, she was a guy. She had a family before she left them behind. Later on in the episode, Liz convinces Miss Evers to call Liz’s son. He was nervous but ready to see him again. In exchange for Evers help Liz gives her some detergent. Detergent? I laughed when Evers got very excited over detergent.

After this, we finally get to hear more about John. Once again he killed more people to complete his mission. We are then in a scene where Donovan confronts Valentino and The Countess (Elizabeth) confronts Valentino’s lover. Both Donovan and The Countess end up killing the other person they confront. Later John is seen walking in the middle of James March burning a man alive. How disturbing. John was looking for his wife, and when he finally finds her they talk to catch up. John is mad his wife was lying to him about his soon. She said he died, and John believed her until John saw his son in the hotel. After a little talk, both end up reconnecting.

We are taken back to Liz and Evers at the bar. Evers tells Liz that his son is on his way to the bar, unknowing that his father is Liz Taylor. They talk and Liz feels happy to finally be able to talk to his son. We keep going back and forth with each character. Anyways, we are taken to a scene in which John and his wife are in the house where we last saw the kids drinking blood. They both convince the kids to go with them to the Hotel Cortez. Once they get there, they are taken into the room where Ramona Royale is still trapped in. That’s how John’s wife gets rid of the children.

Once again we see The Countess, this time she’s talking to the police about her “missing” husband Will Drake. He shows up, although he is dead, he can still walk around in the Hotel Cortez. After the scene ends, we see John and his wife back together. Once his wife leaves, poor Sally shows up in his room heart broken. We are taken back to Liz Taylor talking to his son. His son then discovers that Liz is his father, and he wants him to be a part of his life. This stops Liz from wanting to commit suicide with Iris. He ends up convincing Iris to not commit suicide. Instead, he proposed to kill The Countess and Donovan so that the hotel could become theirs. We also get to witness the happy family, John, his wife, and his kid walk out of the Cortez. In the end we are greeted with the song “Hotline Bling” by Drake. Donovan is jamming out to the song while The Countess walks into the room. Instead of The Countess killing Donovan for killing Valentino, she ends up loving him even more. Donovan killed Valentino because he is inlove with the Countess. In the very end, Liz Taylor and Iris walk in with guns. They start shooting at the Countess and Donovan, I seriously died when I saw them come in. It was the funniest thing ever. I think it was a mistake because although they are dead, they will still be roaming around the hotel. Ready for the next episode on January 6!
